Employee meetings are absolutely useless. No one knows what they're doing. HR department has no clue.
With high staff turn over and low pay the kinds of employees that stay around have thick skins and put up with a lot or they have fallen for the carrot at the end of the stick.
None other than a wage just 50c over the minimum and in reality if union wage and all penalties to be applied would be paind more for dealing with hazardous and dangerous goods and samples.

Low pay could be improved, high turnover of staff due to this and poor managment, managemnt uncaring,
Covid has really damaged our company and people aren't willing to apply and being short staffed is taking it's toll on people. I don't know what the company can do about that.
