- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?None other than a wage just 50c over the minimum and in reality if union wage and all penalties to be applied would be paind more for dealing with hazardous and dangerous goods and samples.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I know I'm paid less then other same position, due to mangers personal relationships. And position descriptions in EA not adhered to and employees not allowed to discuss wages.
