The fact that i can leave and no take home work or staff interaction required out of work.

Clear long time strategy and short time goals

My team members and management and my knowledge of my job

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing has done in a timely manner

Low pay could be improved, high turnover of staff due to this and poor managment, managemnt uncaring,

Covid has really damaged our company and people aren't willing to apply and being short staffed is taking it's toll on people. I don't know what the company can do about that.

Employee morale is at an all time low.
