Employee meetings are absolutely useless. No one knows what they're doing. HR department has no clue.
With high staff turn over and low pay the kinds of employees that stay around have thick skins and put up with a lot or they have fallen for the carrot at the end of the stick.

Low pay could be improved, high turnover of staff due to this and poor managment, managemnt uncaring,
Covid has really damaged our company and people aren't willing to apply and being short staffed is taking it's toll on people. I don't know what the company can do about that.
