- What would you improve about your company's interview process?You need to be honest up front: our goal is to celebrate nobody, and pay the lowest in the industry with the least number of perks and incentives. Im truly shocked they are still able to recruit!
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Basically treating the customers better and the companies they have need to have better systems for the employees to work.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel like I'm held to a higher standard than the rest of my team because I do my part and I value professionalism when it comes to dress code, conduct, and decorum.
