What makes you most happy at work?
At this point, the work environment no longer offers any sense of motivation or stability. I experience persistent anxiety each morning and ongoing frustration throughout the day.
What makes me most happy at work is feeling valued and supported, having clear goals, and working in a collaborative environment. Achieving results as a team, being trusted to make decisions, and knowing my efforts make a difference brings me the most satisfaction.
The customer challenges that we have to solve and come up with solutions for. That keeps me going.
The varied nature of the job - interacting with the customers, partners and communities.
My environment is high paced as we deal with tenders. The new leadership is very responsive and inclusive and makes it easier to thrive even when job is demanding.
