We work together at one goal

We honestly collaborate across the Group. As a recruiter I maintain a good working relationship with my colleagues across the group and happy to lend a hand where I can.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers could improve on communication and accountability. Clearer updates and follow through would help us align better. By setting shared goals, holding regular check-ins, and supporting one another, we can improve teamwork and overall efficiency.
