The questions made sense and were relevant. Did not have the typical marshmallow questions

The team is responsive and understands that we are in a transformation phase and that we need to change to be better tomorrow
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great company and I love the environment I work in. New strategy has been tabled out and everyday am looking forward to seeing it unfold.
What makes you most happy at work?
My environment is high paced as we deal with tenders. The new leadership is very responsive and inclusive and makes it easier to thrive even when job is demanding.
