Get compensated where necessary to do the work
Unfortunately compensation was messed up by the past & gone executive team. & the current team is working to mend our compensation
When approaching bank to be able to be able to qualify for housing and to also get subsidy from my employer
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers could improve on communication and accountability. Clearer updates and follow through would help us align better. By setting shared goals, holding regular check-ins, and supporting one another, we can improve teamwork and overall efficiency.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Effective leadership one that will inspire, motivate, and drive innovation. instead of one who will demoralize the team. Communication style that encourages open and honest dialogue, strong relationships, and alignment with the company's goals and objectives
To improve company culture, we need open communication, psychological safety, and consistent recognition. Leadership should be more approachable, and employee feedback must be taken seriously. A culture of trust, support, and fairness will boost morale and engagement.

I would improve its structure, communication, and candidate experience.
