I joined Amdocs 3 years ago and have had a fantastic experience with support from management and HR to grow in my career. I am now in a senior leadership role with additional responsibility and feel I have grown both personally and professionally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team communicates and provides the feeling of being accessible. I like the transparency and the full support provided to my division.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company contribution to benefits is high which equates to more money in my bank. Other employers require their employees to pay higher on the premiums, impacting their pocket books.
What makes you most happy at work?
As a leader, seeing my team excel makes me happy. Seeing how they support and care for each other while also meeting business objectives is the highlight of my days/weeks/months.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is inclusive, caring, supportive, and always ready to pitch in and help each other. This is the best environment I have worked in for my whole 20+ year professional career!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It moved relatively swiftly from initial discussion with the recruiter to first interview with the hiring manager. There was another formal interview with a regional stakeholder and then a final discussion with the hiring manager to give me an opportunity to ask any additional questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my experience, the company truly cares about the employees. Employee Centricity is not just a fad or catch phrase at Amdocs, it is at the core of the decisions made as they consider impact on employees. This culture can be felt with interactions with HR too.
