I am challenged which helps me to grow professionally. The company invests in our careers with upskilling programs. I feel like people around me actually care!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We place people at the center of what we do. The overall culture is collaborative and innovative but always people-centric. I feel supported by HR and Management and by my team too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent benefits with high employer contribution to lesson the load on the employee. They recently added additional parental leave time off and other perks like pet insurance and legal advise you can opt into.
What do you like best about your company?
It is a multicultural company that promotes diversity and inclusion. I feel employees are given an opportunity to contribute and be heard. Amdocs cares about its employees like I have not seen at other employers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are collaborative and often work together to find solutions that benefit us and the company. We work so that each person's strength can complement another's weaknesses, which is the true nature of a team! We are diverse and inclusive, getting other's perspectives.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The biggest are would be process improvement and automation. There can be some redundant processes that, when challenged, the veteran employees will say, "this is how we have always done it". The nice thing is, when you challenge that way of thinking w/good solutions, they are often open to change.
