Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very professional, always going the extra mile to make sure we get to work on time and the project was done as expected. Never run out of any material or equipment needed to do the job, whether in the office or on the job site. Also making sure we receive all gears needed for our safety.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was given a bonus at the end of the project, because the company finshed ahead of time and I wasn't aware of this until, we were working out each persons overall time sheet for compensation.

AFW hires the C students of the engineering world. No one is there because they work too hard or care.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Disconnects at every level of management about the actual work we do. Have to have managers stick around for more than a few months to figure out how to get better at doing our work.
What do you like best about your company?
I like the people I work with and the work/life balance.
