What are some of the best things about your team?Good leadership skilks, proffessional and friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I was given a bonus at the end of the project, because the company finshed ahead of time and I wasn't aware of this until, we were working out each persons overall time sheet for compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Very professional, always going the extra mile to make sure we get to work on time and the project was done as expected. Never run out of any material or equipment needed to do the job, whether in the office or on the job site. Also making sure we receive all gears needed for our safety.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?AFW hires the C students of the engineering world. No one is there because they work too hard or care.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?More focus on development of employees, work quality and getting folks in the office who care.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Disconnects at every level of management about the actual work we do. Have to have managers stick around for more than a few months to figure out how to get better at doing our work.
