- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The managers at my branch are fantastic but the poor and disconnected choices made by the higher ups have only increased the amount of stress placed on them.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They've increased our goals while making it harder to reach them and have not adjusted our pay in a positive direction to compensate for this.
