I love the job but the pay cut, poor processing, and managers not having clear answers to real problems makes it a difficult job to be excited about.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Decreasing pay and increasing workload.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They for the most part leave me alone since we work form home no micro managment.
What makes you most happy at work?
When processing does their job effectively withough needing a a constatnt barrage of emails and calls.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay decrease is a joke, no compensation around rates or orig fee, processing the loans is the worst of any RM company.
