AAG is by far the best company I've work for and I love what we do. I think right now, though, people are being asked to do way too much. There is no time to look back on what's working and what's not - it's go time all the time. And getting resources are extremely difficult.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've finally found a home at AAG. We are all like family and really care about what we do - helping seniors live a better quality of life. It's a great work/life balance and that helps keep me motivated to do more and do better.

Most of us genuinely get along well and want to help one another.

Results! I love the challenge each day and then celebrating with the team when there is a win.

Management cares about the people, when it really comes down to it but otherwise it can feel like we still have silos.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's not all about the bottom line, but rather helping as many seniors as we can live a better quality life. It;s authentic!

We have a great corp culture and my dept specifically has some really great people that are invested in what they do...they care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like it's really difficult to get promoted in my dept specifically. The clear volume and magnitude of what I manage is seems to get overlooked.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The culture is set from the top and we have a great corp culture. They have clear vision for the future and not only focused on the now. And they are able to pivot well, when industry or world news happens.
