Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have had a great experience with AAG. Starting as a Loan Officer and moving my way up to a Sales Manager has been rewarding and challenging. I have learned new skills, sharpened existing ones, and have met a lot of great people all collectively working towards a great living.

Everyone is pretty easy to work with.

Great company and team culture.

My monthly TL commission checks I am able to earn.

That we mostly communicate easily and are on the same page on what we're here to do.

it lays the groundwork for someone to be successful if the opportunity is met with hard work.

Dedicated to helping me improve and become the best I can be, not only for the company's success but for my own.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ability to make commission. I would like to see a full match on 401k as the workplace becomes more competitive and as AAG is making record revenue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a place that you want to work hard at. you are recognized for your successes and coached up in your areas of opportunity. Genuine desire to want to collaborate to achieve success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very fair and reasonable. I do not feel like I am being taken advantage of. I trust that they will do the right thing and find a great balance between company interests and employee interests.
