it is a family at AAG

consistency and timing of communication from an enterprise level (Reza's townhalls)

the fact that we help people and feel like we make a difference
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to receive pay raises at least cost of living annually.

family friendly, they take genuine interest in maintaining our culture, let our dept heads lead

making a difference in the life of seniors and helping co workers grow and get promoted
What are some of the best things about your team?
we work hard and play hard, it is a tight knit group of people and we work on culture and personal development regularly
What are some of the best things about your team?
they participate in everything. We genuinely care about each other and the mission of the company. We stick together through tough times
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Directors and above do not get pay raises in line with their performance. Bonuses are nice but a raise is also a big perk.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They continue to take feedback and genuinely try to improve in areas needed. Goals are clear and aligned. They make time to update all staff on where we are at and where we are going. They work very hard to protect our company culture in a very caring way.
