Directors and above do not get pay raises in line with their performance. Bonuses are nice but a raise is also a big perk.
They continue to take feedback and genuinely try to improve in areas needed. Goals are clear and aligned. They make time to update all staff on where we are at and where we are going. They work very hard to protect our company culture in a very caring way.
