I love working for AAGRS, I believe in what we do, it means a lot to our clients that we are there for them and we answer all of their questions and concerns and make them feel better about their decisions, I constantly hear about how much they appreciate what we do for them

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and help each other in all aspects, with our Team's weekly meetings via zoom, we are able to interact and share ideas as to how to be better and assist our Seniors better everyday
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They encourage you to grow with the company and continue to train, they want you to be successful and everyone helps you to succeed, it is a Team effort. The compensation package allow you to add to your income based on your own growth and achievements - the better you perform the better your income
