The compensation structure rewards high performance so I'm rewarded for the extra effort I bring.

People here care about each other. We are always sharing tips to help each other improve.

Compensation is tied to performance, and training is incredible so most people I know give themselves a raise each year.

They make wise decisions that keep the company moving in the right direction, and they care about both employees and customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The difference we make in our customer's lives. Everyone here is bought in that we are making a huge positive impact and changing lives.

The mission of the company (helping seniors retire better) is clear, and the partnership on making the processes and the collaboration between departments better and better is excellent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's the most caring team I've ever been a part of. Everyone roots for each other and wants to make a difference. The team is a family.
