I love AAG, fun and caring atmosphere. Feels more like a giant family, they do things to keep us happy and interested in staying. Kudos to AAG and the employers for creating such a lax atmosphere that still pushes people to want to try and be better everyday.

Our team seems more like a family. Everyone is happy because we have a great work environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
It is flexible to an extent, the company cares if you need a personal day and you are not hassled.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get paid fairly, its clear what we get paid and how, plus there are fun competitions with bonuses to obtain through out the year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No Drama in the work place at all. Probably the first company i have ever come across this is a genuine truth. Hard thing to accomplish with so many people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is individual attention when I have a need. We are a team but the "I" is also important and I don't feel as if i can just be replaced, they prefer to keep me and keep me happy.
