I love working at AAG. The work environment is wonderful. My only issue right now is my work life balance as I tend to work excessive hours. But, that's more on me than the company. If I pushed to minimize my hours, I'm sure the company would help. I just haven't pushed for less hours yet.

Working at AAG has been a true pleasure. The company has been very supportive, the leadership has been great, and they have done a good job hiring good employees.

401K match is great, but wish it was a higher percentage

Interaction with quality people. The ability to work freely without being micromanaged.
