The activities, our company's townhall events, so many options just pick from. They keep us entertain

401K plan, our health insurance, and the time off we accrue. Also our bonus plan provides daily incentive to work at your best.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am able to help seniors live a safer and more secure retirement by providing them experience and knowledge that gives them the ability to make educated decisions for their future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Over time they become family, we spend more time at work during the week than we do with our family. AAG has hired some amazing people with great personalities and hearts of gold.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their straight forward approach and who they are as not just our leaders but as human beings. I have been with the company over 10 years and there is not other place I would rather work for. Our leadership team excels at their jobs and they provide excellent work life balance.
