The culture at AAG is nothing less than all-inclusive. The work environment is the best I have ever experienced.

What makes me most happy at work is hearing kind words of thanks from my customers when I help them achieve their goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at AAG is incredible and consists of extremely talented individuals. Whether I am working one on one with my manager or learning in a group setting, I always feel comfortable asking questions and i always know that I will have the very best support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package at AAG meets all my needs and wants. I have fantastic medical, vision and dental benefits. I have a 401K which has grown considerably since I started with the company. I'm very happy with the income I generated during 2020. I'm looking forward to an even more successful 2021.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is incredible. He started off with AAG many years ago in the same role I have now. His vast knowledge of our products and the experience he is able to share with myself and my fellow coworkers is priceless. My team members are great people, and we all work very well together and have fun.
