The 401k is hard to beat - 3% automatic employer contribution PLUS an additional employer match up to 6%! It's a great example of American AgCredit's investment in employee's long-term financial stability.

What makes you most happy at work?
The work I contribute has a purpose; it's intentional. I'm not working just to log hours, I'm providing stability for a family to maintain a multi-generation operation, I'm supporting a young couple purchasing their first acreage, I'm engaging the most valued stewards of our most precious resources.
