What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team isn't distant as I've experienced in other workplaces. They work along side us and have great communication. Our managers and executives actively express their appreciation for our hard work. They also work very hard.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Don't hire more people than you can afford to keep. Improve training. Half of us struggled becuase we would get conflicting information from our trainers and them repremanded for being confused.
Leadership needs better folllow through and morale building
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel well compensated and the benefits package is really comprehensive. It's not just medical/dental/vision but lots of insurance offerings of various types, many fully paid for by the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is low, benefits expensive and vacation/sick accrual is a joke.
Employees are hired on under certain titles and compensation plans that seem to change month to month and never for the better. Horrible leadership and no value of employee. Coworkers have been let go for no reasons at all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is really close. We have weekly video meetings where we discuss work but also just chat and play games. Everyone works equally hard and we try to help each other. Our team leader keeps things fresh and addresses any problem quickly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Depending on the economy, work can get hectic but the executive team and management always acknowledge the external factors and offer help, overtime pay, encouragement and fun events to keep things positive.

The managers micro-manage and constantly point fingers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They're looking at your overall skills, energetic attitude, and history rather than administering long tests, panel interviews or obstacle course-like challenges that are stressful and not really relevant like some other companies. They want to get to know you.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was hired on the spot but other coworkers were told they were hired then didn't hear back for months!
What makes you most happy at work?
My job offers flexibility like working from home full time or mixed with going to an office space, I can move my hours around, my team are all really nice people who I like and there's a good amount of work but it's manageable and my time really flies. My team is creative and fun.
