it was nice being able to meet people from all around the world, celebrities, working events, making true friendship with a handful of the people I met there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the children. the children makes this job 100% worth it

Improving the leadership, holding people accountable when needed, better pay, and highlighting the good workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
some are very hard workers, great communicators, and overall lovely people to know, let alone work with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
the person who interviewed me was extremely friendly, and it felt like I knew him already. that's how comfortable he made me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the leadership team is messy. people with egos that's bigger than the earth itself, poor communication skills within leadership and to employees as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the amount of work I do does not compare for working $16 wage. from dealing with the customers and having to deal with the drama and attitudes of coworkers.
