To be completely honest, they seem like they intentionally deny legitimate claims with zero basis. They also offer a free re-key, but only if it supports your area. Who knows how few areas it supports, but didn't support mine.
The service side of things, particularly as it relates to its vendors. Too often AHS and the vendor has the consumer going bank and forth between the two of them in order to get straight answers.
