Leading employees. Spend more time woth employees, less time up in the "Crystal Tower"
talking to the employees and not talking down.
Money & profits have a hire priority than customer service & satisfaction.

Every single cent is worth coming to work everyday
its average, nothing special. no bonus

Our GM Dulce always greet us with a Smile thats the best part of walking in to work, she is always engage in our job and wellbeing.
