Unoleasant due to discrimination and neglect
Pay, PTO, holidays. If you're going to pay this low to where I need government assistance to get by after rent and lights, at least lower the production required. Other companies pay more and require slightly less in terms of production. Don't just talk about burnout, do something about it.
Kind and thoughtful towards improving consumer's health & wellbeing. On the other hand, employee's salaries are very low.
Open communication and supportive environment
I came here just prior to the pandemic when the leadership team quickly pivoted to 95+ percent WFH in the interest of employee safety. Instead of becoming a company of silos, we learned to collaborate, innovate, and grow the company remotely. Now we continue our mission to help people live healthy.
