The best part must be the fitness incentive program, which lowers the employee's share of the medical benefits premiums by setting exercise step and activity goals. I also like the employee access to the Active&Fit program membership. A great deal even without the discount.
PTO is good with nice holidays

Getting the job and having items shipped
My interview process included a phone screening, then follow-up communication for 2 more interviews. One with the boss and the next with a panel. My favorite part was the challenge of submitting a work sample with a 24-hour turnaround.

Pay, PTO, holidays. If you're going to pay this low to where I need government assistance to get by after rent and lights, at least lower the production required. Other companies pay more and require slightly less in terms of production. Don't just talk about burnout, do something about it.
