Tough company to et hired directly, people move around to different departments alot but you gain good skills doing that. Contractors have zero benefits and very little access to internal programs, jobs and time off.

I love working remote, using teams is easy and helpful.

Each department is different but the QRT department has a wonderful management team!

they all help each other and genuinely care about each other and their success.

Hard to get ahold of some one to speak directly related to job openings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have more experience than others that get paid the same as me. I also go above my goals & hours and the pay stays the same as those that do the bare minimum.
