What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strategic, ethical, transparent, caring, smart
Each department is different but the QRT department has a wonderful management team!
Nothing to compliment here for Leadership - caved in to full woke political agenda

Taking care of their own employees and stop outsourcing
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The combination of base, bonus and equity is good for providing short and long term incentive and recognition.
Equity component is strong and meaningful

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have more experience than others that get paid the same as me. I also go above my goals & hours and the pay stays the same as those that do the bare minimum.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Truly some of the best and most customer dedicated in the business
Smart leaders, strong work ethic, lots of opportunity and flexibility to work across divisions. Opportunities for growth and developing new skills
As leader, my direct team had a leader that was bad except his favourite. Unfortunately they elevated that bad leader. My team are sharp, intelligent. I allow them to come out of the shells they were under & shine. They are deep thinkers & evaluate things well. committed to their work & the company
Hard working, honest, ethical, fun
they all help each other and genuinely care about each other and their success.

Strong sense of values and belonging
I love working remote, using teams is easy and helpful.
