Meat grinder with no year over year value on employees. Truly poor mid-management and culture. Morale across the board of those who actually work is dismal

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Tough company to et hired directly, people move around to different departments alot but you gain good skills doing that. Contractors have zero benefits and very little access to internal programs, jobs and time off.
