She also served as Principal Accounting Officer of Southern California Edison Company. Ms. Sullivan served as Controller of Southern California Edison from June 1, 2005 to June 2009. She served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of Edison International and also served as its Acting Controller. She had overall responsibility for corporate financial accounting and reporting, internal control, property accounting, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. She served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Southern California Edison Co. She served as Vice President and Controller of Edison International and Southern California Edison Co. from June 1, 2005 to August 2009. Ms. Sullivan served as an Assistant Controller at Edison International from May 2002 to May 2005 and also served as its Controller from June 2005 to July 1, 2007. She served as an Assistant Controller of Southern California Edison Co., from March 2005 to May 2005. She joined Edison in 1991. She has held numerous leadership roles across Edison International in accounting, financial management, business planning and budgeting, SEC reporting and internal control. She has been a Director of Northwestern Corporation since April 27, 2017. She served as a Director of Crystal Stairs Inc. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. Ms. Sullivan holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Portland State University.
