From 2003 to 2005, he served as Vice President of Business Change for American Water in New Jersey. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Rowe served as Vice President of Operations at Kentucky American Water. From 1987 to 1998, he served in various management positions with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of American Water facilities in several states including Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Mr. Rowe was involved with various regulatory agencies and civic and professional organizations. Mr. Rowe served as Vice Chairman of Membership & Marketing of Kentucky Chamber Of Commerce Inc. Mr. Rowe served as a Director of First Security Bancorp Inc. since 2001. Mr. Rowe served as a Director of Kentucky Chamber Of Commerce Inc. He is a Member of the American Water Works Association and the National Association of Water Companies.
