The one downfall of Americold is that they do not do bonuses. But they do compensate well with that for pay and every once in a while you may receive a $25 bonus for services done. But the lack of bonuses is a little downfall, I believe.

My salary is pretty good. bonus could be a little better especially if I had more control over it and it was not tied to external factors out of my control.

Salary needs to increase and we need more vacation days
I feel undervalued because I was never taken serious, I was always being overworked but never appreciated
