Huge improvements on the financial side. Long term contracts, more capital, got rid of the mom & pop mentality.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Improve the current antiquated processes they're currently using. Again communication is horrible and it strats at the top.
They should start to stop lying
fire the leadership team and bring in a new team
Leadership needs to literally be retrained properly from the bottom up
They get frustrated when you do your job the right way because it means they have to stop and correct the labels instead of you just taking a shortcut and messing up an entire warehouse worth if inventory.
