Management never takes responsibility for their actions and blamed it on the entirety of the warehouse but didn’t attempt to fix the issue
More training and updated links for our Americold site to access more data and resources
If the labels aren't correct the employees will just pull from the next pallet instead of correcting the label and then it falls to the next employee to do it. When the labels are wrong you have to stop everything and walk to the office to get a new one, after so many wrong tags the supervisor gets
