What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improve the current antiquated processes they're currently using. Again communication is horrible and it strats at the top.

They should start to stop lying

fire the leadership team and bring in a new team

They get frustrated when you do your job the right way because it means they have to stop and correct the labels instead of you just taking a shortcut and messing up an entire warehouse worth if inventory.

Salary needs to increase and we need more vacation days

I feel undervalued because I was never taken serious, I was always being overworked but never appreciated

Quit taking shortcuts and messing up labels for the next guy to come along and have to fix because they were to lazy to go to the office and get the correct labels.

Avain better communication, and we need better managers who are constantly looking for things to find issue with. We beed better resources whwn it comes to doing our jobs!

I need a new director of ops that is not from within Ditrict 6 but from outside

Everything about this company was bad so everything needs to change. Learn to except there was flaws and fix it

People need to work together instead of messing the job up for the next employee that comes along and then blaming everyone but yourself for the problem.

The office needs to coordinate with other people in the hiring process to make it quicker. It's about a two month process because neither teams work together.

If you want to set up a phone call I can talk about this more

Management never takes responsibility for their actions and blamed it on the entirety of the warehouse but didn’t attempt to fix the issue

More training and updated links for our Americold site to access more data and resources

If the labels aren't correct the employees will just pull from the next pallet instead of correcting the label and then it falls to the next employee to do it. When the labels are wrong you have to stop everything and walk to the office to get a new one, after so many wrong tags the supervisor gets
