approachable, down to earth, culturally aligned with the organization, willing to be challenged and also willing to accept mistakes and pivot
Executive team does not engage with workforce. Company structure is very top down.

complete, solid benefits, incentive opportunities have been underwhelming but are improving

The best thing about my team is that everyone is willing to help when you have a question or need assistance.
Cooperation across the various departments has continually improved over the past 15 years. However there are issues with the lack of cooperation across the company business units which has resulted in inefficiencies and costs.
They are all very dedicated professionals with a good work ethic and are all highly skilled in their respective fields.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our direction and future we are building is brighter than where we are today.

My team supports itself. They are wonderful, hard working, conscientious people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Opportunity to interview with my co-workers.
It was a very deliberate process and was handled expeditiously. I've had 5 month interview processes for other jobs, this one took three weeks.
What makes you most happy at work?
contributing effectively, having an impact
Opportunity to learn and contribute to the overall corporate objectives.
Sadly, not much. I feel fortunate to have a job in these difficult economic times, but that's about it.
