What did you like most about the interview process? At AMF, Tim is a great person. He tells what the job is all about.
What makes you most happy at work?I can talk to the customers. When they ask about bowling balls i start with spares and plastics and work my way up. You gotta get the understanding of what a bowler wants vs a beginner.
What are some of the best things about your team?I havent met everyone yet. But so far, IDK because most of them think they are better than everyone else. And your suppose to work as a TEAM not individual people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Knowing you can ask questions, knowing theres a handbook to go to for information. Knowing you can go to work and not be a mute
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being professional , People Management skills, communication & social skills .. How these individuals got their jobs is beyond me as they are devoid of any of the skills required to Lead & Manage staff
AMF is the largest bowling company in the world.
