Compensation was great for the level of job I had.

Leadership team needs to be more transparent in their actions and be just as accountable in failure as they are with success

I loved working with all my coworkers at many levels and took pride on being able to assist anyone in need at work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team needs to be more engaged with staff and embrace Amgen values. It seems like they are only self interested at the moment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Manager was not as collaborative or communicative as what is needed in my role. Could have been more professional and not as toxic.
