Megan serves as our Head of Operations, playing a critical cross-functional role in enhancing our SaaS business's organizational effectiveness. With a keen focus on improving the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and fostering cohesion across Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams, Megan drives ownership and accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational objectives among stakeholders.
In close partnership with Amount's functional leaders, Megan aims to streamline processes, accelerate speed to revenue, and minimize organizational friction. Her efforts in supporting the delivery lifecycle enhance our proactive revenue-driving capabilities, positioning Amount for sustained growth and success.
With 14 years of experience in digital lending, Megan has a proven track record. She most recently managed the marketing strategy and execution for the digital consumer-lending platform Avant. Prior to Avant, Megan led marketing for CashNetUSA, Enova International's leading US brand.
