There is a significant lack of diversity at the executive level. All members are men and inclusion efforts are mostly lip service. Leadership has degraded to the point of lacking insight into the cultural mood and execution in operations.

Base salary is definitely competitive and I like that there is an upside with bonus potential depending on how the company performs
