Respecting others. Not talk to employees about other coworkers, there store manager needed to get better at not stealing from employees
Managing team members, orders, inventory, and promotions. Assisting with customer complaints.
I can would like some respect. I'd feel better if I got paid what I'm suppose to.
Respecting other coworkers, not yelling, picking up their messes, treating the customers better, and move a little faster is what they could do.
No respect for the management team. Call outs and no shows are frequent. Management does NOT respond with consequences for these employees and if they do it's more for a personal reason rather than professional.
Give more hours it's one of there busy estate stores
Management needs to look into the work history and work ethic of candidates. If this was a practice instead of an unused option the turn over rate would be lower and call outs/no shows less frequent.
The only thing to improve is getting new management and some new employees.
Lack of support and professionalism from management. Obvious trickle down effect from corporate as the corporate employees are unprofessional, rude, and ineffective.
