This company could be great. The product is unique and needed. The CEO preaches that everyone should GSD - but the company culture has greatly suffered under his watch. It is now extremely political. Most of the employees responsible for getting Anaplan to IPO have left.

Truly respect and care for each other and stay focused on making the company a success through teamwork.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You are not judged on results, achievements and the opinion of your team. Rather a few folks that have traveled with the current Exec team from other companies make political decisions. Be prepared to spend most of your time on politics rather than your job.
