What skills do you need to be successful in the IT department at Anaplan?
If you mean IT as in desktop support basic mac and windows skills. If you mean engineering where you are writing code then Java, chef, would be helpful.

1 week, remote and in person.
How's the vacation policy at Anaplan?
Varies. Some get unlimited no questions asked, others get fired when they're on a week long bereavement leave.
How does Anaplan make decisions around promotions?
Generally its based on seniority which I'm very embarrassed to write. As a former manager I had to battle for the higher performing reps that were newer to earn the promotions over people who had been there longer or were more buddy buddy with senior execs. This company has many issues that need to be addressed and this is one of them.
