Co-workers. Our commitment to work as a team, our compassion to be aware of each other.

Easy conversation, the flow of the interview, communication about the company and values, good questions about myself and experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team work, healthy relationships, communication, good work ethics, a sense of humor and a genuine feel of kindness towards all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus package. Right now the health insurance would break me. I'm lucky that I can be on my husbands benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Feels like family and value's family/life balance. Also, very good at working with strengths and entices you to grow and be your best. A great sense of comrade-re and having fun is smiled upon. A job I where I work with pride!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family feel: We're all in to help eachother as a whole. It could be just be making another pot of coffee, saying 'Thank you" and 'Good job!', to jumping in to carry a ladder, offering to take on a project,... everyone matters.
