What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the travel expenses
The travel. You get paid for what time it takes to get from point A to B. I don't like the whole expense report. It's just easier to include this with the weekly pay

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well I believe I deserve a higher pay for a person who just started a month ago it took me one day to learn what a mod was and a guy you know the gandolas and to set a mod and to build and having to be the person that you know the manager calls on at all times to go and clean up everybodys mess
First being understaffed puts more pressure and more work on the employees they have. The employees of Walmart are allowed to dictate things they shouldn't be allowed to dictate, and they gossip and talk bad about all merchandisers
